This shoot was unique in that it was conceived by a long-time member to my site. I held a contest for people to submit photoshoot ideas, and I had a lot of great ones, but Blaze actually drew out storyboards and provided a beautiful storyline of demure secretary “shedding her skin” and ending up chained and spread eagle…

Ahh finally, a shoot I’d been wanting to do for a while!  My good friend/photographer extraordinaire stopped by for a visit this weekend, and we shot a set of photos in a custom corset of mine that hadn’t yet had any… airplay?  Online exposure?  Anyway…

I wanted to show the reality of wearing a true corset.  The extra 7″ of flesh being displaced under steel and layers twill has to go somewhere after all.  Call me crazy, but I actually like some of what it does — flesh squishing, the back creases, a general heaviness of the breasts…

I know I’m a bit of a strange breed with my site, since I seem to break most of the rules around updating at a defined interval, planning in advance, posting a schedule… but darnit, I much prefer to get naked and/or put myself in front of a camera when I feel like it, rather than what it says on my calendar :) Often when I’ve tried to schedule something in advance, it just doesn’t feel the same to me. Kudos to those girls who don’t suffer from the same affliction, but hey, take me or leave me! I’m still enjoying it and I doubt I would be if I’d become disillusioned by scheduling.

Anywho… I was planning (there’s that p-word again) to do a full on photoshoot this afternoon, but the muse wasn’t with me, so I only ended up doing a handful of pics. But they’re pretty anyway :)

This is the first of many posts where I will be highlighting some of the shoots and other creations I’ve done for the site since I started it in 2003 :) I’ve never really had a chance like this to share the stories behind the photographs, so I will be posting these as new entries and then moving them back into the archives as close to the original dates as I can.

Most of the photoshoots and videos I’ve done have been impulsive and opportunistic. This one is a perfect example. Ooh, look! An empty pool! Let’s get naked!
